APW Wyott part 3T-M2-PTFEKIT, sold here as M2-PTFEKIT, is a kit of 10 PTFE sheets sized 11-3/4" x 35" for the M-95-2 vertical bun grill toaster. APW says PTFE sheets must be used for dry toasting, and recommends them for buns toasted without clear food oil or with high-protein butters such as garlic butter or butter with cheese. The M-95-2 ships with two sheets, so this kit restocks them.
APW requires a PTFE sheet when you toast buns dry on an M-95 toaster.
