APW Wyott RTR-4 Refrigerated Countertop Topping Rail, Four 1/6-Size 6" Deep Pans, 17" W, 120V
A compact refrigerated rail that keeps four pans of toppings cold on a tight counter.
The APW Wyott RTR-4 is the smaller of APW Wyott's two countertop refrigerated topping rails, made for tight counter space. It holds four 1/6-size pans 6" deep, each with its own hinged, removable cover, and a cold wall system with a 1/6 HP compressor keeps them at NSF safe temperatures. The body is stainless steel on 1/2" nonadjustable legs, and it runs on a standard 120V, 3 amp circuit.
Plug it straight into a grounded three-prong outlet; APW Wyott says not to cut or remove the ground prong.
Holds four 1/6-size pans 6" deep. Each pan has its own hinged, removable cover.
A 1/6 HP compressor runs a cold wall system with R-134a refrigerant (6.25 oz. charge on the 120V model).
APW Wyott calibrates the thermostat to 35°F to 39°F at sea level. A screwdriver adjustment above the power switch fine-tunes it.
All stainless steel construction stands on 1/2" nonadjustable legs and wipes clean with soap and water.
All pans lift out for cleaning. APW Wyott recommends a thorough cleaning once a week or more often.
A 120V, 60 Hz, single-phase outlet. It draws 3 amps and 360 watts and comes with a three-prong grounded cord and plug.

APW Wyott calibrates it at the factory to 35°F to 39°F at sea level. You can adjust the thermostat with a flat screwdriver, about 5°F to 6°F per quarter turn.
The rail is 17" W x 26" D x 11.4" H including legs. Leave 1" at the left, right and back.
The standard model is 120V, 60 Hz. The listing also shows an export 50 Hz build; contact us to confirm the export voltage before ordering it.
APW Wyott covers its refrigerated topping rails for 1 year parts and labor, including on-site service calls within 50 miles of an authorized service technician. A 5-year compressor warranty (COMP-5) is offered as an option.
