Astra PCNF6X20 6' x 20' Premium Walk-In Cooler, No Floor, Aluminum Finish
A 6' x 20' walk-in cooler with aluminum panels inside and out.
The Astra PCNF6X20 is a 6' x 20' Premium line walk-in cooler for restaurants, grocery stores, butcher shops, caterers and convenience stores. It measures 6'-7" x 19'-8" outside and 7'-3" high, and gives you 112 sq. ft. of floor and 778 cu. ft. inside (5'-11" x 19' x 6'-11" clear). The walls and ceiling are 4" foamed-in-place polyurethane panels with an aluminum finish that lock together with cam-locks. This listing is the box only: add Top Mount or Remote Turbo Air refrigeration with the Refrigeration option on this page, or use your own.
Diamond plate floor
Add the aluminum diamond plate floor with the Floor option above; Astra rates it for hand-truck and pallet jack operation.
Diamond plate kick plate
A diamond plate kick plate covers the lower part of the door and protects it from carts, boots and pallet jacks.
Digital thermometer and light switch
A digital temperature display and a lighted switch sit beside the door, so staff can check the temperature and turn on the light before going in.
Measure the floor space, the ceiling height and the delivery path before ordering. Dimensions are from the Astra spec sheet; field verify before ordering. A top mount unit sits on the roof and adds height, so check your ceiling height if you choose Top Mount.
Interior and exterior panels have an aluminum finish instead of the white pre-painted steel of the Astra Standard line.
Foamed-in-place polyurethane (R28 / R33 per the spec sheet), CFC and HFC free, with tongue-and-groove edges and cam-lock joints.
Self-closing, spring-loaded hinges, a flush-mounted door, a keyed locking handle and a 120V door heater wire.
Choose Outdoor to add the rain roof cover for an outdoor installation.
Choose a Turbo Air Top Mount unit on the roof or a Remote condensing unit and evaporator with the Refrigeration option above.
No. The PCNF6X20 is the box only. Choose Top Mount or Remote Turbo Air refrigeration, sized for this cooler, with the Refrigeration option above.
Premium panels have an aluminum finish inside and out. Standard boxes use white pre-painted 24 ga. steel.
The box is 7'-3" high outside with 6'-11" clear inside. A top mount unit adds height on the roof; the remote option keeps the roof clear.
The 30" and 36" x 77" doors cost the same; pick the hinge side that suits your room. The door has a keyed lock and a self-closer.
The box needs 120V for the door heater wire (1A) and the light. Have an electrician confirm your circuits.
Astra panels have a 10 year warranty and parts have 1 year.
