The Berkel 350D is a tabletop chamber vacuum packaging machine with a stainless steel housing and a 20" W x 18" D x 6.8" H stainless steel chamber. Two 19" seal bars give a high integrity double seal, and a 21 m3/h Busch pump with a vacuum dial gauge pulls the air out. Electronic touch pad controls store up to 30 programs. Gas flush adds an anaerobic gas mixture or a pillow-pack seal to protect delicate products.
Leave room beside the machine for packed and unpacked product. It weighs 184 lb., so use a sturdy open-frame table.
A high quality Busch vacuum pump with a vacuum dial gauge, driven by a 1-1/4 HP motor that is totally enclosed and thermally protected.
Two 19-inch bars seal with a high integrity double seal and electric cut-off.
Electronic touch pad controls with up to 30 storable programs. A vacuum sensor allows a variable vacuum setting.

Clean the chamber, spacers and lid rubber daily. Check the pump oil level in the sight glass weekly and change oil when it changes color.

Berkel covers parts, labor and travel for one year, excluding wear items such as knives, blades and sharpening stones. Repairs go through Hobart Service or a Designated Berkel Service Location.
