Blendtec 40-650-62 Blue Ultra Jar, No Spout, Optimized Blunt Blade, Marks to 44 Oz.
A blue Ultra Jar: Blendtec's fastest jar, color-coded to keep allergen blends apart.
The Blendtec 40-650-62 is a blue Ultra Jar no spout. Blendtec engineered it for high-volume shops: it can blend finished drinks in as little as 6 seconds and blends up to 50% faster than competitive blending jars. Chamfered corners keep ingredients flowing to the blade and larger side ribs push the vortex back down, so you get fewer reblends and can make smaller recipes. It fits all Blendtec commercial blenders.
Blendtec rates the Ultra Jar up to 50% faster than competitive blending jars, with finished drinks in as little as 6 seconds.
A smaller base footprint keeps ingredients at the blade, cuts cavitation and reblends, and handles smaller recipes.
Ribs break up the vortex and push ingredients back down toward the blade.
Blendtec's patented blunt safety blade is optimized for a wider range of recipes.
Colored jars and lids help staff pick the right jar for specific blends and prevent cross-contamination.
Blendtec lists the Ultra Jar as compatible with all Blendtec commercial blenders.
The jar has oz and cup marks up to 44 oz (5 cups). Never run the blender above the marked capacity.
Blendtec recommends a flat lid (hard or soft) on sound enclosure models only and the latching lid on blenders without a sound enclosure.
