The Blodgett 1415 SINGLE is a compact electric deck oven for countertops, kiosks, cafes and display cooking. Its 20" x 20" x 9" chamber holds two cordierite stone decks 4" apart, heated by three tubular elements (3.75 kW) and run by a 150-500°F digital control with a 12-hour timer. Blodgett lists it with 4" stainless steel legs. Choose 208V or 220-240V, single- or three-phase, when you order.
Measure the counter, the door path and the space for the 11" door swing before ordering.
Two cordierite stone decks sit 4" apart in each 20" x 20" chamber, so a single section bakes on two levels.
A solid-state digital display sets 150-500°F and a timer up to 12 hours with an audible alarm.
At 27-1/4" x 23-5/8" it fits on a counter or kiosk; it needs 2" clearance from the sides and rear.
Stainless steel front, top and sides, a drop-down door and 1" high-temperature mineral fiber insulation on every side.
Each section is 3.75 kW. Blodgett lists 18 A per line at 208V single-phase, 11 A at 208V three-phase, 17 A at 220-240V single-phase and 10 A at 220-240V three-phase. The supply conduit connects to a terminal block at the rear.
Blodgett's sheet lists no cord or plug; the manual describes a conduit connection to a terminal block. Plan for an electrician to hard-wire it.
Blodgett lists a minimum entry clearance of 17" uncrated and 26" crated. Measure every door on the delivery path before ordering.
The solid-state digital control runs from 150°F to 500°F and has a 12-hour timer with an audible alarm.
Keep at least 2" between the sides and rear of the oven and any wall so ventilation air is not blocked.
Blodgett gives a 2-year parts and 1-year labor warranty, plus a 5-year limited warranty on the oven door.
