Built like a battleship
A full angle-iron frame and welded stainless steel front, top, sides and back carry the weight of stacked sections for years of daily use.
Separate heat per deck
Each section has its own duplex-tube burner and liquid-pressure thermostat, so you can bake and roast at different temperatures at the same time.
Stone deck for pizza
QHT Rokite stone decks and a 300-650°F thermostat give pizza crusts direct, even bottom heat.
Easy on the operator
Counterbalanced doors with concealed hinges open without springs, and burner doors open for lighting, cleaning or adjustment without removing any fasteners.

- Ships by freight carrier, one crate per section, about 1,640 lb in total; plan how it will be unloaded and moved inside.
- Choose natural gas or LP, the venting (draft diverter for a canopy hood, or direct vent), the thermostat and the leg height when ordering; the oven is built to that configuration.

Questions buyers ask
Does it need electricity?
No. The 900 Series gas deck ovens need no electrical connection; each section has a gas burner with a safety pilot and a liquid-pressure thermostat.
What gas connection does it need?
A 3/4" NPT gas line to one manifolded connection on the back sized for 81,000 BTU/hr. Inlet pressure is 7" to 10.5" W.C. on natural gas and 11" to 13" W.C. on propane. Choose the gas type when you order.
Will it fit through my door?
Blodgett lists a minimum entry clearance of 23-1/4" uncrated and 27" in the crate, per section; stacked ovens ship one section per crate and are assembled on site. Measure every door and turn on the delivery path before ordering.
How is it vented?
Blodgett deck ovens are direct fired. Vent them under a mechanical canopy hood with the draft diverter, or with a direct flue (6" Class B or better). Keep 6" from combustible and non-combustible construction on the sides, back and bottom.
How many pizzas does it hold?
Blodgett lists 6 x 10", 2 x 14" or 2 x 16" pizzas per deck; with 3 decks that is 6 x 14" pizzas at once.
Can I bake other things than pizza?
The 300-650°F thermostat and Rokite stone deck are made for pizza. For general baking and roasting at 200-500°F on a steel deck, Blodgett's matching model is the 911.
What does the warranty cover?
Blodgett gives a 2-year parts and 1-year labor warranty, plus a 5-year limited warranty on the oven door. Damage from improper venting is not covered, according to Blodgett's manual.
