The Blue Air BACB60M-HC is a 60" refrigerated chef base with 2 drawers under a heavy-duty top built for countertop cooking equipment. Its R-290 system holds 33°F to 39°F, and the front-breathing, side-mounted compressor fits tight cook lines. It plugs into a standard 115V outlet with the attached cord and NEMA 5-15 plug.
Measure doorways and turns on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 25-1/2" height.
Per Blue Air's drawing, each drawer level holds 3 full-size pans. Upper and lower drawers take 4" deep 12" x 20" pans, and pan adapter bars are supplied. Pans are not included.
Stainless steel telescoping slides with stainless roller bearings carry up to 200 lbs. per drawer without deflection.
