The Blue Air BLHP24 is a 24" countertop gas hot plate from the Blue Lava cooking line for sauces, stocks and saute work on an equipment stand or counter. 4 open burners at 28,000 BTU each sit under lift-off 12" x 12" cast iron grates, with standby pilots and a manual control every 12". It ships for natural gas with an LP conversion kit included.
