The Blue Air BLMT72-D4RM-HC is a 72" sandwich and salad prep table with a 30-pan 1/6-size top and 4 drawers in the middle and right sections and 1 door below. Fans push cold air through the pan section, and the self-contained R-290 system holds 33°F to 39°F. A 9-1/2" deep cutting board runs the full front. It plugs into a standard 115V outlet with the attached cord and NEMA 5-15 plug.
Measure doorways and turns on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 33-11/64" depth.
Blue Air's drawing shows 30 pans, 1/6-size, across the rail, under an insulated pan cover with a stainless divider that keeps spills out of the base.
