The Blue Air BLPT72-D2L-HC is a 72" sandwich and salad prep table with an 18-pan 1/6-size top and 2 drawers in the left section and 2 doors below. Fans push cold air through the pan section, and the self-contained R-290 system holds 33°F to 39°F. A 9-1/2" deep cutting board runs the full front. It plugs into a standard 115V outlet with the attached cord and NEMA 5-15 plug.
Measure doorways and turns on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 30-3/64" depth.
Blue Air's drawing shows 18 pans, 1/6-size, across the rail, under an insulated pan cover with a stainless divider that keeps spills out of the base. Standard 1/6-size, 4" deep pans come with the unit, and the rail takes 6" deep pans.
A 1/2" thick, 9-1/2" deep cutting board sits on side-rail brackets along the front.
