The Blue Air BLSP1 is an 18" wide gas stock pot range from the Blue Lava cooking line for stocks, soups, sauces and boiling. It has one 3-ring cast iron burner, 80,000 BTU in all, with the inner and outer rings on separate manual controls. It connects with a 3/4" NPT gas line and the regulator is included.
Plan the hood and wall clearances first: 24" back and 18" sides from combustible construction.

Manual controls run the inner and outer rings separately, so you can simmer on the center ring or bring a full pot to a boil.
Each burner has two continuous pilots, with stainless steel pilots and tubing.
