The Blue Air BSR23GP-HC is a 27" 1-door glass door reach-in proofer with 23 cu. ft. of storage. Its self-contained R-290 system holds 56°F to 59°F with a bottom-mounted compressor. It plugs into a standard 115V outlet with the attached cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
Measure doorways and turns on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 26-3/4" width.
A self-diagnostic digital control and display show cabinet temperature; the controls include manual defrost.
Epoxy-coated wire shelves adjust in height, four per section.
Blue Air designed the cabinet to accept full-size racks for 18" x 26" bun sheet pans.
Doors self-close at 90° or less, hold open at 110°, have pressure relief valves for easy opening, and lock as standard.

A grounded 115V/60Hz outlet (NEMA 5-15R). The unit draws 2 A and comes with a 9.8 ft. cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. Blue Air says not to use an extension cord or share the outlet with other appliances.
Blue Air rates the BSR23GP-HC at 56°F to 59°F. The proofer range is meant for dough, not for cold holding.
The unit measures 26-3/4" W x 31" D x 77-3/4" H (add 1-1/2" to the depth for door handles and 5" to the height for casters). Measure every doorway and turn on the way in.
Unplug the unit, remove the front bottom grille and brush or vacuum the coil. Blue Air recommends doing this every month; dirty-coil failures are not covered by warranty.
