The Serv-Ware 5SB-3535 is a 5" plate mount caster with a brake, made for Serv-Ware SGF gas fryers. It bolts on through a 3 1/2" mounting plate (Serv-Ware's price list gives an 8-hole pattern, 3.5" x 3"), and the brake lets you lock the unit in place under the hood after cleaning.
