The Champion 76 PRO-HR is a high temperature rack conveyor dishwasher with a 54" single tank and a 22" prewash. Champion rates it at 255 racks per hour (NSF) at a conveyor speed of 7.1 ft/min, using 0.39 gallons per rack and 100 gallons per hour at most. Its exhaust air heat recovery unit uses waste heat from the machine to preheat the incoming water, and a built-in 21 kW booster brings the final rinse up to temperature. Three-phase power at 208, 240, 480 or 575V. With the 21 kW booster on a single connection it draws 116 A at 208V, 101 A at 240V, 50 A at 480V or 42 A at 575V. It ships as a single-point connection and a qualified electrician can convert it to two-point.
Yes. Champion specifies vent connections of 150 CFM at the load end and 200 CFM at the unload end at 1/4" static pressure, with a fabricated duct of 3-7/8" x 15-7/8". Do not let freezing air be drawn down into the heat recovery coil when the building vent fan is off.
Champion lists water hardness of less than 3.5 grains per gallon. A Kinetico water softening system is an accessory.
