A tall-hood, high-temp door machine that washes up to 60 racks an hour, sheet pans included.
The Champion DH-6000T is a high-temperature extended hood door machine with 27" of hood clearance for sheet pans, stock pots and tall wares. Champion rates it at 60 racks per hour using 0.73 gallons per rack, and NSF dual rating covers it as both a dish machine and a pot and pan machine. Choose it with or without the built-in booster heater on this page.
Plan ceiling and hood height for the 88" side-view height, and leave 24" in front for service. A corner install needs tables that meet at 31" x 31".
The extended hood takes sheet pans, stock pots and tall wares that a standard door machine cannot.
Order it with the built-in booster configured for a 180°F rinse and a mounted PRV, or without a booster when your building supplies the rinse heat.
Pick 1, 2, 4 or 6 minute wash cycles. The 1 minute cycle is dishwasher mode; 2, 4 and 6 minutes are pot and pan mode, with totals of 60, 120, 240 and 360 seconds.
The touchscreen shows condition alerts and multi-lingual cleaning and operating guidance, with on-board service diagnostics and a cycle counter.
Convert from three phase to single phase power on site, and set the feed for front load, corner or pass-through.
Programmable sleep mode powers down the heaters after a set period, and the delime function alerts at intervals you set for your water.
Champion rates the final rinse at 180°F. Choose the built-in booster option and it heats the rinse for you from 110°F to 140°F supply water, with a mounted PRV. Without it, your building must supply the rinse heat.
This model is not the ventless version; Champion sells the DH6000T-VHR for ventless heat recovery. It provides a vent fan signal, so check hood and vent rules with your local code official.
With the booster: 208-240/60/1 at 72-81 A on a 100 A circuit, 208-240/60/3 at 48-50 A on 60 A, or 480/60/3 at 21 A on 30 A. Without the booster: 36-39 A, 26-27 A or 10 A.
