The Champion DL-2000 is a low-temperature, chemical sanitizing door-type dishwasher built entirely of stainless steel. It needs no booster or tank heater: it washes, rinses and sanitizes standard 19-3/4" x 19-3/4" racks in a 90 second cycle, up to 40 racks or 160 covers an hour. Built-in chemical pumps and a deliming system are mounted with the controls on top.
