A triple-bowl slush machine that turns three flavors of mix into granita, slushies and frozen drinks on the counter.
The Coldline GRANITA-3X is a countertop granita machine for convenience stores, cafes, bars, snack bars and concession stands. Its 3 3.2-gallon bowls hold 9.6 gallons of mix, each with its own controls, and switches between slush mode (10.4°F to 28.4°F) and beverage mode (33.8°F to 44.6°F). It plugs into a 120V outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug (9.94 A), uses R290 refrigerant and has LED lighting and a drip tray.
Check the counter depth and leave room around the vents for airflow.

Slushies, granita, sorbet, frozen smoothies and frozen margaritas. In beverage mode it also serves chilled drinks at 33.8°F to 44.6°F. The manual says never to run it with plain water; the mix needs sugar to freeze properly.
Indoors, on a firm, level counter in a well-ventilated spot. The manual rates this indoor model for rooms of 5°C to 32°C (41°F to 90°F).
The spec sheet shows a CE mark only. Check with your local health inspector before ordering if your area requires an ETL, UL or NSF listing.
USR Brands covers GRANITA-Series slush machines for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, in the contiguous US. Food truck and farm installs are parts only; residential use is not covered.
