Cookline C-DW-2 29.13" Double Freestanding Stainless Steel Drawer Warmer, 85-185°F, 1000W, 120V NEMA 5-15P
A freestanding double drawer warmer that holds cooked food at serving temperature until the order goes out.
The Cookline C-DW-2 holds rolls, proteins, sides and plated food hot for restaurants, caterers, buffets and takeout lines. It has 2 drawers, each with a 12" x 20" x 6" stainless steel pan, independent thermostat per drawer from 85°F to 185°F and a sliding vent for humidity. It plugs into a 120V NEMA 5-15P outlet (1000W) on a dedicated 15 amp circuit.
Indoor use only, on a firm, level, non-combustible surface.
Each drawer takes a 12" x 20" x 6" stainless steel pan, supplied with the unit.
Independent thermostat per drawer with an easy-to-read thermometer and indicator lights.
An adjustable sliding vent lets moisture out or keeps it in.
Integrated slides and a large handle on each drawer.
A standard 120V grounded outlet for the NEMA 5-15P plug. It draws 1000W, and the Cookline sheet asks for a dedicated 15 amp circuit installed by a licensed electrician.
It comes with 2 x 12" x 20" x 6" stainless steel pans (one per drawer), the full-size 6" deep pan size.
Each drawer runs from 85°F to 185°F on its own thermostat with a thermometer to read the temperature. Open or close the sliding vent to keep food moist or crisp.
29.13" W x 23.5" D x 24.4" H on 4" adjustable legs. Keep it 1" from combustible walls, 6" from the back wall for service, on a firm, level, non-combustible surface indoors (70°F room minimum).
Mostly. The handles and legs ship inside the drawer pans; you bolt on the handles and thread in the four legs (two people to tip the unit on its side).
USR Brands covers Cookline gas and electric cooking equipment for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, in the contiguous US. Food truck and farm installs are parts only, residential use is not covered; glass is not covered.
The Cookline warranty states that USR Brands cannot ship to or guarantee its products in CA, OR, WA, MT, WY or UT. Call us before ordering for one of those states.
