The Cookline CC100-SGL is a single deck, full size gas convection oven for restaurants, bakeries, cafeterias and caterers. Three in-shot burners put out 54,000 BTU, and a 1/2 HP dual-speed fan moves heat across 4 chrome racks from 167°F to 563°F. It ships for natural gas with a 3/4" rear inlet and plugs into a standard 120V outlet for the fan and controls.
