The Cookline CC80-NG-SGL is a deep depth, full size gas convection oven for bakeries, restaurants, cafeterias and caterers. Stainless steel tube burners put out 60,000 BTU, and it runs from 100°F to 560°F with a 60-minute timer and a cool-down function. It runs on natural gas with a 3/4" inlet, includes an LP conversion kit, and plugs into a 120V outlet for the fan and controls.

It is 39" wide, 39.5" deep and 56" high on 24" legs with casters. The body is 31.5" deep without the rear fan housing. The spec sheet lists no installation clearances, so ask us or your installer for the clearances and ventilation your local code requires.
