The Cookline CGG-48T-HD is a heavy-duty 48" flat top griddle for restaurants, diners and breakfast spots that want steady temperatures. Four steel U-shape burners at 30,000 BTU each (120,000 BTU) heat a 47.8" W x 22.45" D cooking surface on a 1" polished plate, with thermostats from 200°F to 500°F. It ships for natural gas with an LP conversion kit and a gas regulator.

A 3/4" NPT rear gas connection; a gas regulator ships with the griddle. Total input is 120,000 BTU/H. The Cookline warranty requires the gas connection to be made by a qualified installer.
Each burner has a thermostat, adjustable from 200°F to 500°F in 50°F steps, so you can run hot and cooler zones side by side.
The spec sheet lists no electrical connection; the burners light from standing pilots.
