The Cookline CPO-1 is a single deck electric pizza and bakery oven for pizzerias, bars, cafes and convenience stores that want deck-style pizza without a gas line. Its 19.91" x 17.91" chamber has a 1/2" cordierite stone, top and bottom elements and a glass door, and the thermostat runs from 158°F to 840°F. It plugs into a 120V NEMA 5-15P outlet and sits on a 27.95" wide counter.
