The Cookline CPO-2 is a double deck electric pizza and bakery oven for pizzerias, bars, cafes and convenience stores that want deck-style pizza without a gas line. Each 19.91" x 17.91" chamber has a 1/2" cordierite stone and top and bottom elements behind a glass door, and the thermostat runs from 158°F to 840°F. It plugs into a 240V NEMA 6-20P outlet and sits on a 27.95" wide counter.
