A full size electric convection oven in a double stack for twice the baking in the same floor space.
The Cookline CV100-DBL-240-1 suits restaurants, bakeries, schools and caterers that bake on full size sheet pans. Each of its 2 ovens runs from 150°F to 550°F with a 1/2 HP fan and 3 racks on 11-position guides. It uses 11 kW per deck at 240V 1 phase (convertible to 3 phase) and is hardwired, each deck on its own dedicated circuit.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 38.11" width.

240V, 60 Hz, 1 phase, 45.83 A per deck, 11 kW per deck. It can be converted to 3 phase, which draws 26.46 A per deck; have your electrician size the circuit.
Each oven is full size, 29" W x 21.5" D x 20" H inside, with 3 racks on 11-position guides (6 racks in total).
It is 38.11" wide, 40.59" deep and 63.21" high. The manual asks for at least 2" from the wall and 6" from other heat-producing equipment.
It is already a double stack: 2 ovens with the stacking kit and 4 casters included. The manual recommends that an authorized service agent or installer does the stacking, and casters need a restraint (not supplied).
USR Brands covers Cookline gas and electric cooking equipment for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, in the contiguous US. Food truck and farm installs are parts only, residential use is not covered; hardwired connections must be made by a qualified installer.
The Cookline warranty states that USR Brands cannot ship to or guarantee its products in CA, OR, WA, MT, WY or UT. Call us before ordering for one of those states.
