The Cookline CV100-SGL-208-3 suits restaurants, bakeries, schools and caterers that bake on full size sheet pans. The oven runs from 150°F to 550°F with a 1/2 HP fan and 3 racks on 11-position guides. It uses 9 kW at 208V 3 phase (convertible to 1 phase) and is hardwired to a dedicated circuit.
