The Cookline CV100-SGL-240-1 suits restaurants, bakeries, schools and caterers that bake on full size sheet pans. The oven runs from 150°F to 550°F with a 1/2 HP fan and 3 racks on 11-position guides. It uses 11 kW at 240V 1 phase (convertible to 3 phase) and is hardwired to a dedicated circuit.
