A half size countertop convection oven that bakes 4 half sheet pans at a time.
The Cookline HCVE-16-120 suits cafes, delis, coffee shops and small bakeries. Its 1.5 cu. ft. cavity takes up to 4 half size sheet pans, the thermostat runs from 150°F to 500°F and a 120-minute timer counts down in 10-minute steps. It plugs into a 120V NEMA 5-15P receptacle on a dedicated 15 amp circuit.

Unplug it, wash the racks and handle with mild soapy water and gently wipe the interior. The manual warns against sprays, abrasives and washing it under running water.
USR Brands covers Cookline gas and electric cooking equipment for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, in the contiguous US. Food truck and farm installs are parts only, residential use is not covered; glass is not covered.
