A half size countertop convection oven that bakes 4 half sheet pans at a time, with steam injection for breads and pastries.
The Cookline HCVE-32-240 suits cafes, delis, coffee shops and small bakeries. Its 2.3 cu. ft. cavity takes up to 4 half size sheet pans, the thermostat runs from 150°F to 550°F and a 120-minute timer counts down in 10-minute steps. A steam injection system and broil option need a 3/4" water connection. It plugs into a 208/240V NEMA 6-20P receptacle on a dedicated 20 amp circuit.

A 208/240V NEMA 6-20R receptacle on a dedicated 20 amp circuit installed by a licensed electrician, per the Cookline sheet. It draws 11.7 A, 2.1 to 2.8 kW depending on voltage.
Up to 4 half size sheet pans on the 4 included shelves. The cavity is 18.5" W x 16" D x 14" H.
It has a steam injection system for humidity while baking, plus a broil option. The manual says to install it close to a water source and connect the faucet to its 3/4" water connection before use.

Unplug it, wash the racks and handle with mild soapy water and gently wipe the interior. The manual warns against sprays, abrasives and washing it under running water.
