The Cookline RGB-36M suits diners, breakfast spots, grills and food courts. A 1" thick, 35 7/8" x 23 3/4" griddle plate sits above a broiler with a pull-out rack, heated by 5 burners at 18,000 BTU each (90,000 BTU total) on independent manual controls. It ships for natural gas with an LP conversion kit included.
