A single-station gas wok range with a high-output jet burner for stir-fry and Asian cooking.
The Cookline SP-1WS-NG suits Chinese, Thai and Asian-fusion kitchens and any line that cooks to order in a wok. A 16" cast iron burner with 18 jets puts out up to 95,000 BTU under a 13" wok ring, and the rolled front and gradual slope keep spills in check. It runs on natural gas through a 3/4" rear connection and stands 25.2" high on 6" stainless steel adjustable feet.
Install under a hood; plan for the wok station height on the line.

It has a 13" wok ring over a 16" cast iron burner with 18 jets, rated up to 95,000 BTU. The rolled front makes it easy to shake and swirl the wok.
A 3/4" NPT rear gas connection, 95,000 BTU/H. The Cookline manual for this series calls for a regulator set at 4" W.C. for natural gas or 10" W.C. for propane, with at most 1/2 PSI going in.
This is the natural gas listing. The sheet lists easy gas conversion in the field, and the series manual says the unit ships with natural gas orifices and propane orifices in the box. Call us to confirm how this SKU ships before ordering.

Empty the full width crumb tray, wipe it with a damp cloth or soapy sponge and dry the grates to prevent rust.
