The CookTek HRF-9500-FB35-1 is a Helios Standard countertop front-to-back double hob induction cooktop for the US and Canada, rated 2 x 3,500 W at 200-240V with a NEMA 6-50P plug. It has a stainless-steel housing, a sloped front control panel and an easy-to-clean, high-temperature glass-ceramic top. The two hobs sit one behind the other, so the unit is only 13.7 inches wide. Each hob has its own Power or Temperature mode, with temperature set from 85 to 425°F.
Check that a NEMA 6-50 receptacle on its own circuit is within reach of the 6 ft. cord.
Use Power mode for fast heat, or Temperature mode to hold the pan bottom at a set point from 85 to 425°F.
High-temperature glass-ceramic top that cleans with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
Each 3,500 W hob has its own Power or Temperature setting.
Energy goes to the cookware as soon as it is detected, and an automatic shut-off stops overheating.
An integral grease filter and air baffle keep intake air cleaner, and an internal fan cools the electronics. The filter slides out and is dishwasher safe.

In Temperature mode it holds the pan bottom from 85 to 425°F. Use a contact thermometer for the food itself.
Induction-compatible (magnetic) pans with flat bottoms. CookTek notes that pans under 7" across may heat unevenly.
The unit is 13.7" W x 32.3" D x 5" H. Leave 2" on all sides, and use a divider when it sits next to a grill, stove or fryer.
Unplug it and let it cool. Wipe the glass with mild detergent or glass cooktop cream and the stainless housing with a mild cleanser. Clean the grease filter every two weeks; it is dishwasher safe.
CookTek lists a two-year advanced replacement warranty in the U.S. and Canada.
