The CookTek PTDS1800/120 (PTDS100, part 602201) is the 16-inch Pizza Delivery System for the US and Canada, wired for 100-120V. Set the VaporVent delivery bag on the induction charger and the FlashPak thermal disc inside heats up automatically, then stops when it reaches temperature. The disc keeps up to three pizzas hot for up to 30 minutes, and the VaporVent lid helps eliminate condensation. The first charge takes under three minutes and recharges can take as little as 60 seconds.
Each charger needs its own dedicated circuit; do not share it with compressors or other heavy loads.
