The Serv-Ware EPG-200GF is a double electric panini grill for cafés, delis, coffee shops and snack bars. Two side-by-side presses each have their own cast iron plates (grooved top, flat bottom) and temperature control from 120°F to 570°F. It has a heavy duty stainless body, a cool-touch handle, a removable crumb tray, and ready and power lights. Serv-Ware lists a CE mark only; no UL, ETL or NSF listing is shown.

Are the plates grooved or flat?
The cast iron plates are grooved top, flat bottom. The flat bottom also works for grilled cheese and quesadillas.

What does the warranty cover?
