The Serv-Ware SSSP-2 is a double gas stock pot stove for restaurants, caterers and institutional kitchens that boil large pots. Two dual-ring cast iron burners sit front to back on an 18" wide, 49.3" deep frame, each under a heavy duty cast iron grate. It has standby pilots for easy starts, chrome-coated zinc alloy knobs, a crumb tray at the bottom and stainless steel front and sides on adjustable heavy duty legs. Serv-Ware notes easy conversion between natural gas and propane, and it carries cETLus and ETL Sanitation marks.

How powerful is the burner?
