- Automatic water fill system (no water pans to fill)
- Proofs from room temperature to 100°F (43°C) with relative humidity to 95%
- Glass doors and brightly lit interior to view proofing without opening the door
- Manual controls; separate controls for heat and humidity
- E236 has space for one rack on one side and shelves on the other
- E236R has space for two racks (no shelves)
- E236TLO has space for 4 single racks or 2 double racks (side loaded)
