The Dukers DPP70-9-S2 is a 2-door pizza prep table for pizzerias, restaurants and bakeries. A refrigerated rail holds nine 1/3-size topping pans above a stainless work surface, with 17.58 cu. ft. of 33-41°F storage underneath for dough and backup ingredients. It plugs into a standard 115V outlet and rolls on locking casters.

Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the unit is 31 1/2" deep and 43 7/8" tall on casters. Leave the rear compressor vents open.
Topping rail
Nine 1/3-size pans, 6" deep, come with the unit under an insulated hinged lid that keeps toppings cold between rushes.
Storage below
17.58 cu. ft. of stainless cabinet space with 2 adjustable coated shelves holds dough, backup pans and bulk ingredients.
Service-friendly
The 1/5 HP compressor sits at the back, in the coolest part of the unit, with a dust-resistant condenser for easy servicing.
Self-closing doors

Are the pans included?
Yes. Nine 6" deep 1/3-size plastic pans come with it.
What outlet does it need?
A standard grounded 115V outlet (NEMA 5-15). It draws 2.8 A and 310 W. Don't use an extension cord; Dukers' warranty excludes damage from extension cords or wrong voltage.
How tall is the work surface?
About 36 3/8" from the floor, per the Dukers drawing. Overall height to the top of the lid is 43 7/8", and 52 3/4" with the lid open.
Where is the compressor?
At the back of the cabinet, which Dukers places in the coolest area for easy servicing. It uses a 1/5 HP compressor with R290 refrigerant.
What does the warranty cover?
3 years parts and labor plus 2 more years on the compressor (5 years compressor total), from the purchase date or 36 months after shipment from Dukers, whichever comes first. Units installed in a vehicle or food truck get 12 months parts and labor. Door hinges carry a lifetime warranty. Not covered: residential use, damage from extension cords or wrong supply voltage, a dirty condenser coil, and units used in Hawaii or Alaska.
