Duke TEHF-88PG Thurmaduke 88" Electric Hot Food Unit, 6 Sealed Wells with Drains, 208/240V, Powder Coat Body
A mobile 88-inch serving counter with six sealed hot wells, each on its own infinite switch.
The Duke Thurmaduke TEHF-88PG is an electric hot food unit with 6 die-stamped 11-7/8" x 19-7/8" openings in a 16-gauge, 300 Series stainless steel top. Each well has a 6-1/2" deep stainless steel liner and its own infinite switch, and the sealed wells drain through 3/4" brass drains on a copper manifold to one brass master valve. Duke builds it for 208 or 240V (one must be chosen) with a 6' cord and plug. The powder coat painted body is open to the bottom shelf on the operator side, with a recessed stainless dish shelf, and rolls on casters.
Measure doorways: the smallest outside dimension is the 32" depth, or 34" overall on the Duke drawing.
Sealed 6-1/2" deep stainless wells drain through 3/4" brass drains with pop-out screens, manifolded in copper to one brass master valve.
Each well has its own infinite switch, so different foods can hold at different settings.
Duke lists 750 W and 1200 W per well element tables; a 208V 900 W element is an option. Not every voltage is offered at every rating.
The 16-gauge, 300 Series stainless top has die-stamped 11-7/8" x 19-7/8" openings. A 14-gauge top is an option.
The powder coat painted body has the customer side and ends fully enclosed and rolls on casters, with a recessed stainless dish shelf.
The wells are sealed with 3/4" brass drains that run through a copper manifold to one brass master valve. Duke offers individual drain valves or no drains as options.
Duke builds it for 208 or 240V, one voltage per unit, with a 6' cord and plug. With 750 W elements: 208V 4,500 W, 21.6 A, NEMA L6-30. 240V 4,500 W, 18.8 A, NEMA L6-30.
1200 W elements: 208V 7,200 W, 34.6 A, NEMA 6-50. 240V 7,200 W, 30 A, NEMA 6-50. Not offered at 120V on this size.
The top has 6 die-stamped 11-7/8" x 19-7/8" openings over 6-1/2" deep stainless liners. A recessed top for 18" x 26" sheet pans is an option.
Yes, casters are standard. Duke offers 6" adjustable legs in place of casters, and a 34" ADA height option.
On Thurmaduke units the body is either powder coat paint, with a choice of 12 colors, or stainless steel. This PG model has the powder coat painted body.
