Duke TFCP-46PG-N7 Thurmaduke 46" Flush Mount Cold Pan Unit, 3 Wells, NSF 7, Painted Body, 120V
A 3-well refrigerated serving module with flush mount cold wells, so cold food sits close to the guest at NSF 7 temperatures.
The Duke TFCP-46PG-N7 is a 46" Thurmaduke serving counter module with three flush mount cold wells. Each well takes a 12" x 20" pan up to 6" deep, and a touch screen sets Low, Medium or High cold holding. It plugs into a 120V outlet and has a painted steel body that is open to the bottom shelf on the operator's side.
Measure doorways: the smallest outside dimension is the 32" depth.
Three wells take 12" x 20" pans up to 6" deep, so food sits near the top for guests to see and reach. Half and third size pans fit too.
A touch screen in the apron, on the left, has three presets: Low, Medium and High.
The condensing unit sits below the top on the operator's right behind a stainless louvered grille, on 120V at 4.9 amps.
The 300 Series stainless liner is insulated on all four sides and the bottom and meets NSF Standard 7.
Each well has a drain, and all drains are manifolded to one location.
16 gauge 300 Series stainless top on a painted steel body; the customer side and ends are fully enclosed.
A 120V, 1-phase outlet for the NEMA 5-15 plug on the 6 ft. cord. Duke lists 576 watts and 4.9 amps; the optional condensate evaporator adds 300 watts and 2.6 amps.
Each of the 3 wells takes a 12" x 20" food pan up to 6" deep. Duke says half and third size pans also fit.
Each well has a drain, and the drains are manifolded to one location. A condensate evaporator is a Duke option.
The SS-1259 sheet lists R-448A with the condensing unit below the top on the operator's right.
