The Duke THCF-32PG is a 32" Thurmaduke serving unit with one HotColdFreeze flexible well. Each well has its own touch screen and can hold food with wet heat, dry heat, refrigeration or freeze. It has a painted top and body, hinged louvered panels on the operator's side and R290 refrigeration with a 5-year compressor replacement from Duke.
The module is 32" square and 36" high.
Each well switches between 3 wet heat, 3 dry heat, 3 refrigerated and 1 freeze mode from its own touch screen.
The wells sit flush with no recess and take 2.5", 4" and 6" deep pans.
The compressor slides out 15.375", and the unit can be serviced in the counter without removal.
