The Duke THCF-46PG is a 46" Thurmaduke serving unit with two HotColdFreeze flexible wells. Each well has its own touch screen and can hold food with wet heat, dry heat, refrigeration or freeze. It has a painted top and body, hinged louvered panels on the operator's side and R290 refrigeration with a 5-year compressor replacement from Duke.
Measure doorways: the smallest outside dimension is the 32" depth.
Each well switches between 3 wet heat, 3 dry heat, 3 refrigerated and 1 freeze mode from its own touch screen.
The wells sit flush with no recess and take 2.5", 4" and 6" deep pans.
The compressor slides out 15.375", and the unit can be serviced in the counter without removal.
