The Dukers DCCB36 is a countertop gas charbroiler for restaurants, grills and food service lines. 3 burners of 35,000 BTU heat stainless steel radiants under 6 cast iron grates, with a separate knob for every 12" section. It ships for natural gas with an LP conversion kit in the box.

Questions buyers ask
Does it work on propane?
Yes, after conversion. It ships set for natural gas (4" W.C.) with the LP conversion kit included; a qualified gas technician converts it to propane (10" W.C.). Dukers says not to convert it yourself.
What is the total BTU?
105,000 BTU: 3 burners × 35,000 BTU each.
Radiant or lava rock?
Radiant. The DCCB36 uses stainless steel radiant covers over the burners. Dukers' lava (volcanic) stone version is the DCRB36.
What can I set it on?
Non-combustible surfaces only, with 0" side, 6" rear and 4" floor clearance (the legs provide the floor clearance). Don't block the air openings between the legs.
How long does it take to heat up?
Dukers' manual says to light the burners about 15-20 minutes before cooking to preheat.
What does the warranty cover?
Dukers' charbroiler manual covers defects for 1 year; labor runs 1 year from installation or 18 months from factory shipment, whichever comes first. Dukers' gas warranty requires installation by a professional gas installer and excludes residential use and equipment used outside the continental US.
