The Edlund 356/115V is the 3/16" slice model of the 350 Series electric produce slicer, for 115V power. High-speed reciprocating stainless steel serrated blades cut cleanly with very little pressure, so even overripe, soft tomatoes come out in uniform slices. It also slices oranges, peppers and other soft produce up to 3-1/2" across. Lower the pusher and the blades start; the stainless steel and aluminum slicer comes apart for cleaning.

The motor starts when you lower the pusher toward the blades, and stops when you raise it.
Extra blade and pusher assemblies are sold separately; the pusher insert must match the blade assembly.
The stainless steel wash guard locks over the blade cartridge so you can wash it safely.
A factory set torque wrench comes with the slicer to prevent over-tightening the blades.
Tomatoes, oranges, peppers and other soft products up to 3-1/2" in diameter. Do not slice hard, dense produce such as onions or potatoes: it voids the warranty and damages the blades and pusher fingers.

Yes, by changing the blade assembly and the matching pusher insert. Edlund lists 3/16" (16 blades), 1/4" (12 blades) and 3/8" (8 blades) assemblies. Pusher inserts must match the blade assembly.
Lock the stainless steel wash guard over the blade cartridge and wash it in a dishwasher or by hand. Wipe the rest of the slicer with a damp cloth; never put the motor housing in water.
Edlund warrants it against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Blades that wear in normal use are not covered.
