The Edlund ARC!-125 is a manual fruit and vegetable slicer with 1/4" (6.5mm) blades. It slices hard products like onions and potatoes and very ripe tomatoes on the same machine. The pusher/hopper holds the product in position so it never sits directly on the blades, and the stainless blade cartridge and pusher lift out without tools for the dishwasher.

Yes. Edlund sells replacement blade cartridges and matching pusher assemblies for each size. Swap both to change thickness.
Yes. You can load smaller soft products into the pusher/hopper for bulk slicing. Edlund also offers a small produce pusher for items like mushrooms and strawberries.
Yes. The front load design accepts 1/2 and full size pans up to 6" high.
Yes. The all stainless steel unit fits a flight type dishwasher, or wash it in a pot sink.

Edlund covers defects in material and workmanship for one year from purchase. Parts replaced in normal use, including knives, are not covered.
