The 3/8" (10mm) cut blade cartridge for the Edlund FFC-50 electric French fry cutter.
Edlund part BL200 is the 3/8" (10mm) blade cartridge assembly for the Edlund FFC-50 French Fry Cutter. The cartridge drops into the cutter and locks with two thumb screws, so you can change fry size or swap a dull cartridge in minutes. Edlund recommends keeping a spare cartridge on hand while the original goes back to the factory for rebuilding.
Swap cartridges to cut 3/8" fries; the FFC-50 takes 3/8", 1/2", 9/16" and 5/8" cartridges.
The cutter will not run unless the blade cartridge is properly seated and tightened.
Edlund rebuilds blade cartridges at the factory and replaces damaged or dull knives.

Unplug the cutter, drop the cartridge into place against the alignment tab, and tighten the two thumb screws on top. Handle it with care: it is very sharp.
Remove the cartridge by loosening the two thumb screws, clean it, and inspect the blades daily. Edlund says never to disassemble the cartridge.
Edlund suggests keeping a spare cartridge to swap in, then sending the dull one to the Edlund factory to be rebuilt. The size is stamped on the back of the cartridge.
