Edlund BRV-480 Bravo! 30 lb Digital Portion Scale, 7" x 11.4" Stainless Platform, ClearShield Cover, Case of 4
A 30 lb digital portion scale with a clear cover that keeps grease and juices off the electronics.
The Edlund BRV-480 is part of the Bravo! BRV series of digital portion scales. It reads 30 lb x 0.2 oz, 480 oz x 1/4 oz or 15000 g x 5 g on a large LCD and weighs on a removable 7" x 11.4" stainless steel platform. Edlund's ClearShield protective cover shields the scale and display from grease, dust and juices that cause corrosion. This listing is a case of 4 scales, the Edlund master case.
Not legal for trade: use it for portioning and kitchen weighing, not for pricing goods by weight.
A clear protective cover keeps juices, grease and dust off the scale and display. Replacement covers come in 3-packs, part CV075.
The 7" x 11.4" stainless steel platform lifts off for cleaning.
Runs on the included UL/CUL/CE approved dual-voltage AC power supply or on 2 AA batteries, not included. A side-mounted jack with a plug keeps moisture out on battery use.
You can recalibrate it in the kitchen with a 2000 g weight, sold separately.
On/tare, mode/calibrate, zero and off keys run the scale, with a large LCD readout.
The BRV-480 display options are 30 lb x 0.2 oz, 480 oz x 0.2 oz, 480 oz x 1/4 oz, 15000 g x 5 g.
No. It runs on the included dual-voltage AC power supply or on 2 AA batteries, not included. On battery it shuts itself off after 7 minutes without weighing.
It keeps juices, grease and other food off the scale and display so the scale stays newer longer. ClearShield covers fit only Edlund Bravo! scales; the BRV-480 3-pack is part CV075.
No. Edlund marks this scale not legal for trade. It is built for portion control and kitchen weighing, not for pricing goods at a register.
