The Edlund CSB-016 is a stainless steel sixth-size cold pan enclosure with a 3/4 lid and a black gel-filled insert. Freeze the insert for eight hours or overnight, fill it with pre-chilled product, and it keeps contents at or below the HACCP guideline of 41°F (4°C) for up to eight hours without ice or electricity. It suits creamers, butter pats, lemon wedges and other condiments on food bars, buffet tables and beverage stations.
