The Edlund E-160 FF is an E Series digital portion scale with a 160 oz (10 lb) x 0.1 oz capacity and a gram mode that reads in 1 g steps. It has a rugged, high impact-resistant plastic case, a removable 5-7/8" x 6-3/4" stainless steel platform and a large LCD. This model includes the French fry platform for portioning French fries. A 115V AC adapter is included, or it runs on a 9-volt battery.
The adapter is 115V only; Edlund's manual says the scale operates on 115V household current with the supplied adapter.
