The Edlund EDV-13 is the largest model in the Edlund Pro Series: a 13" continuous duty slicer with a 1/2 HP motor on 115V power. Edlund rates it for all-day slicing of both meat and cheese. Like the rest of the series it has a built-in two-stone sharpener, polished or anodized aluminum and stainless steel construction, and a removable carriage.
