Edlund EDV-9 9" Pro Series Meat Slicer, Light Duty, 1/4 HP, 115V
Description
A 9-inch countertop slicer for delis and kitchens that slice meat and cheese for part of the day.
The Edlund EDV-9 is the 9" light duty model in the Edvantage Pro Series. A 147 W / 1/4 HP ventilated motor drives a hardened, chromium-plated steel blade by belt, and a built-in two-stone sharpener keeps the edge keen. Edlund rates it for about 1 hour of meat or 30 min of cheese slicing a day. The anodized aluminum and stainless steel slicer has a removable carriage, sealed housing and top-mounted switches.

Safety switches
A blade cover micro switch stops the slicer if the guard tie rod is removed, and a low voltage release relay keeps it off after a power outage.
